This solicitation is being conducted by the Drew Heart Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization with its principal place of business in North Carolina. Contributions raised through this campaign are utilized specifically to support families of children with congenital heart defects. Upon request, the name, address, and telephone number of an organization representative to whom inquiries can be addressed will be provided. Upon request, information regarding the exact amount or percentage of this contribution that may be deducted as a charitable contribution under federal income tax laws will also be made available.
